CIRI, is an Alaska Native corporation owned by more than 8,100 shareholders. CIRI is one of 12 Alaska-based regional Native corporations established by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971 to benefit Alaska Native people who have ties to the Cook Inlet region.

Davis Constructors & Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1976 and is one of the most experienced statewide Alaskan general contractors. The owners and officers of Davis Constructors are Alaskan residents and active in the firm. They have maintained a steady, orderly growth enabling them, at present, to rank 32nd in the top 49 Alaskan based and owned companies and one of the top contractors in the State.
