In addition to being beautifully designed, our Gold Certified LEED building features state-of-the-art systems such as self-tinting windows, motion controlled and daylight harvesting interior lighting, and HVAC that increase operating efficiencies and occupant comfort.
The mother’s room on the third floor now has a sign-up sheet so you can see when other mothers are using the room and schedule accordingly. There is a clipboard in the room. Please fill out if you will be using the room on a regular basis. Thanks you!
Advisory: Parking Lot Security
Dear Fellow FBC Tenants,
As we’ve seen in the news, Anchorage has been experiencing an increase in property crime. The FBC is not insulated from such activities and there have been several incidents involving vehicles in the FBC parking lot (theft, stolen gas and break-ins). We want to remind tenants that while we do our best to provide measures to keep our parking area safe and secure, including security patrols during the day and evening, we count on your awareness and reporting of incidents.
We encourage all our tenants to take precautionary measures like ensuring your vehicles are properly locked and to avoid, if possible, leaving your vehicle overnight in the parking lot. If you do become aware of an incident in our parking lot, please promptly report the details to security.

First Floor Amenities
The first floor features a spacious lobby, a staffed welcome/security desk, coffee and food offerings at the TimbeR Coffee House, Building Services (including mail pick-up and drop-off) and the FBC Conference and Training Center.
Third Floor Amenities
Available to all building tenants, a common break room occupies part of the third floor and includes ample seating and tables, microwaves and a water/ice dispensing machine. Adjacent to the break room is a mother’s room providing both comfort and privacy. The Deck is located off the break room and features comfortable seating, a natural gas fire pit and BBQ grill. Heat lamps make this space available for use year round.
**Tenants should ensure employees are familiar with the user operation manuals for the grill, fire pit and heaters before using them. User manuals are available for download on this page.
**The third floor break room and The Deck are available for your internal company events. You can view and schedule the use of the space here. However, this is a shared building space so note that other building tenants are still welcome to come and go from the space as needed during any scheduled event. Plentiful parking is provided for both tenant and visitor needs. Handicap and fuel-efficient vehicle parking spots are located on the north and east side of the building. We encourage employees to park in the north lot. Ingress/egress to the south lot make this location easily accessible for building guests.
Building Management and Security
The building is managed by Pacific Tower Properties (PTP) and security is provided by Denali Universal Services. Access badges for the building, common areas and tenant suites are available through coordination with PTP and Denali. All guests to the building must check in at security and be badged in order to access the elevators.
Building hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Building tenant employees can access the building outside of those hours with their badges.
Janitorial services are provided nightly in tenant and common areas. For special cleaning needs contact PTP.
Dry Cleaning Service
Fireweed Cleaners offers pick-up and delivery services to the FBC. Drop off and pick up are in the Building Services area on the first floor. To set up an account, simply visit the Building Services area, place your items inside one of the available dry cleaning bags, fill out the form attached to the bag, drop the bag in the yellow bin and Fireweed Cleaners will contact you for payment information.
