The Ideal Space

The Conference Center at the Fireweed Business Center offers the finest in modern technology, spatial comfort and flexible design. Able to accommodate both smaller functions and moderate-sized events.

The main room is equipped with high-definition video monitors and an integrated audio system (up to 80 guests). In addition, a separate video conference room with dual 4K monitors can connect your meeting to anywhere in the world (up to 16 guests).

All rates are quoted 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Extra charges:

  • Unscheduled site visits $25/hour
  • Additional clean-up and labor for excessively dirty spaces
  • Maintenance charges for damaged equipment

Fifty percent (50%) security deposit required for all rentals, subject to a 15-business-day cancellation policy.

Catering

Use your preferred caterer or self-cater (a list of preferred caterers will be provided upon request). An on-site kitchen located adjacent to the conference center is available for use. Renters are responsible for cleaning the space and leaving it in its original state.

Conveniently located in the first-floor lobby, the Lava Java Coffee Shop is open 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. The cafe serves hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads and other snack items.

Equipment & Amenities

A computer is built into the first-floor large and small conference rooms, as well as the video conference room. Please provide your own laptop and adaptors if using a specialty program.
