The Fireweed Business Center is owned by and houses the corporate offices of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), the Alaska Native regional corporation for Southcentral Alaska.
Alaska Native art and cultural elements are integrated throughout the building. Custom light fixtures echo traditional drums and salmon drying racks; flooring patterns and color schemes blend heritage with innovation. The building's exterior design reflects this cultural integration while optimizing for environmental performance.
